An old warehouse located in Baltimore, Maryland was transformed into two sophisticated, Asian themed restaurants. Finishes, furnishings, lighting, and a two-story Buddhist statue create a chic dining experience.

Case Study

Heath Design Group was able to transform a historic Baltimore warehouse into a polished metropolitan eatery that highlights the client’s “lux casual” identity. A contemporary scheme fusing urban style with authentic Thai and Japanese cuisine was designed. High end finishes and sleek furnishings were specified

to balance out the existing industrial architecture, and dramatic lighting was utilized to create a chic atmosphere with a laid back vibe. The highlight of the project is the two-story Buddhist statue that was incorporated to create visual interest and pay tribute to the Asian culture.
