Renovations were made to the existing building at 36 S. Charles St., a 25 story structure encompassing approximately 13,500 sq. ft. per floor. Heath Design Group provided architectural and interior renovations to multiple offices and common areas including the amenities center. These spaces were specifically designed for all businesses in the building to access.
